品番はPJ-MO-62540 / MK.232504 / MD.907L。 English Description A beautifully detailed Paul Smith JEANS jacquard cardigan, dating from approximately 20152016 and originally priced at around ¥30,000. Made in Japan from 100% cotton, this cardigan is marked size M and features an understated yet highly distinctive jacquard pattern throughout the navy body. Its greatest appeal lies in the fabric itself. From a distance, the cardigan appears to be a sophisticated solid navy piece, but a closer look reveals an intricate tonal pattern woven directly into the material. Rather than relying on a conventional printed graphic, the jacquard construction creates subtle texture, depth, and changes in appearance depending on the light. This understated approach perfectly captures the playful sophistication associated with Paul Smith. The design is distinctive without being excessively loud, making it easy to incorporate into everyday outfits. The cardigan features a clean V-neck silhouette with a series of dark buttons running down the front. Another particularly attractive detail is the contrasting red/orange patterned fabric visible around the inner pocket areas. This small flash of color adds an unexpected Paul Smith-style accent while preserving the refined navy appearance of the main body. Constructed from 100% cotton, it offers excellent versatility across multiple seasons. It can be worn as a lightweight outer layer during spring and autumn or layered underneath a jacket or coat during colder weather. Unlike a basic solid-color cardigan, the tonal jacquard pattern gives the surface considerable visual depth. Even when paired with simple pieces, the woven design keeps the outfit interesting without overwhelming the overall look. For an easy casual outfit, wear it over a plain white T-shirt with dark denim or black trousers. The contrast helps emphasize the deep navy color and subtle woven pattern. For a more traditional look, combine it with an Oxford shirt, gray trousers, and leather shoes. It also works surprisingly well with relaxed denim, chinos, and sneakers for a more contemporary casual silhouette. With its Made in Japan construction, 100% cotton fabric, tonal jacquard design, and subtle contrasting details, this Paul Smith JEANS cardigan offers a sophisticated balance of versatility and individuality.
